At Noor Libbas, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
