At Noor Libbas, we value your time and strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Order confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Processing time: Standard order processing takes 2-4 business days.

Customized orders: For made-to-order or customized outfits, please allow 7-14 business days for stitching and preparation before dispatch.

Shipping Within Pakistan

We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier partners. After processing, standard delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Any additional delivery attempts due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur extra charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on the courier’s system.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, delays may sometimes occur due to unforeseen weather conditions, logistic issues with courier services, or public holidays. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and assure you we’ll keep you updated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate when placing your order. Noor Libbas cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
